The community is friendly and the staff is helpful. Maintenance is handled in a timely manner with respectful care. The complex grounds are well maintained with gorgeous flowerbeds and shrubbery. Have really enjoyed living in 175 since September 2024 and plan to renew my lease. Any hiccups we’ve had have been minor and have been resolved quickly. Maintenance typically gets to your apartment within 1 day of request being sent. We absolutely love the amenities and feel like we are hanging out at a resort pool. We love the convenience of all the nearby restaurants and stores and I always feel safe at my apartment. I say all the time this is the best complex in all of metro Atlanta!
