I have never had an issue getting something fixed and/or requests and suggestions listened to. I use all the amenities regularly and they are always in amazing condition. The Office Staff is extremely professional, outstanding, friendly, and goes beyond helpful to assist anyway they can to make your apartment experience their number one priority. The Maintenance Staff is exceptional as well. Any maintenance request you may have is addressed promptly within a 24 hour turnaround. The landscaping is beautiful which makes going out for a walk most enjoyable. The Exercise Room, Pool, Club House, and organized Community Events are frosting on the cake! Have really enjoyed living in 175 since September 2024 and plan to renew my lease. Any hiccups we’ve had have been minor and have been resolved quickly. Maintenance typically gets to your apartment within 1 day of the request being sent. We absolutely love the amenities and feel like we are hanging out at a resort pool. We love the convenience of all the nearby restaurants and stores and I always feel safe at my apartment. I say all the time this is the best complex in all of metro Atlanta!

Great apartment and great management. It’s a fairly new set of buildings with good amenities and a decent price. Location is great too, walking distance to Kroger and a few other places. I’ve been here for about half a year and I have had almost no issues with my stay here so far.

The best and friendliness place to live. Everything and the staff and manager is do kind friendly and very helpful and always there for us. This place is one of cleanest places I have ever seen for new apartments. The community is very well kept up . Everyone living here and working here are number one in my book. I wouldn't live no other place except here . If I had to leave I don't think I could find a better ir cleaner okace to live. CAROKE,John and Korbin are the greatest people and always here for all of us who live here. The other best thing about living here they make us renters live by their rules to keep this community clean and fun to live here and the rules have to be followed.
