Are you pet-friendly?
Yes! Your furry friends are welcome! There is a $350 pet fee for one pet, $500 for two. Pet rent is $25 a month, and dogs must provide a Doggie DNA Sample to Poo Prints…a service we use to keep the community clean! It’s $87 to register with Poo Prints.
What is the Security Deposit?
From $500 to one month’s rent based on screening results.
What is the income requirement?
Future residents must show 3 times the base rent income to qualify.
How are utilities set up?
Water & Sewer are individually metered and billed through Oates Energy to your Resident Account. Electricity must be set up separately with the City of Cartersville.
What are the application fees?
$100 for the primary applicant and $50 for each additional applicant.
Do you have elevators?
Yes! We have an elevator in all five buildings that goes to the top floor (4 floors.)
